We are a 100% hardware-free software solution, specially developed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with 1 to 50 vehicles. If you want to keep track of your vehicles, save costs, and reduce administrative effort to a minimum, Fleets is the right choice for you. Our goal is to give you back your time so you can focus on your core business.

- Do I need to install additional devices (hardware) in my cars for Fleets?No, and that is one of our biggest advantages. Fleets is a completely hardware-free solution. We connect directly and securely to the data that your vehicle already provides from the manufacturer (OEM). For you, this means: no installation costs, no workshop appointments, and no technical effort.
- Which vehicles are compatible with Fleets?Fleets is compatible with a majority of common vehicle models from recent years that have an online connection from the manufacturer. It doesn't matter whether your fleet consists of combustion engines, electric, or hybrid vehicles.
- How does the setup work? Is it complicated?The setup is extremely simple and takes only a few minutes. After registering, you connect your vehicles directly in our web application by logging in with your existing credentials from the manufacturer's app (e.g., Mercedes me, My BMW, We Connect). No technical knowledge is required – if you can log into an app on your smartphone, you can set up Fleets.
- How exactly does the connection to the vehicle work without hardware?We use official interfaces (APIs) from the vehicle manufacturers (OEMs). When you add a vehicle to Fleets, you securely authorize us to retrieve the telematics data provided by the manufacturer (such as mileage, location, battery status, etc.). This process is comparable to logging into a banking app – secure, encrypted, and standardized. The advantage: the data is extremely precise, and no error-prone third-party hardware is necessary.
- What does Fleets cost? Are there hidden fees?Fleets is based on a simple and transparent pricing model: a low monthly fee per vehicle. There are no hidden setup fees, no hardware costs, and no long-term contract commitments. The exact price is clearly displayed on our pricing page. Honesty and transparency are important to us.
- Is there a free trial period?Yes, we are confident in our product. That's why you can usually test Fleets for 30 days with 1 vehicle free of charge and without obligation to see how simple and efficient your fleet management can be.
- Is there a dedicated mobile app for Fleets?Fleets is designed as a comprehensive web application that you can use directly via your browser on any device – no installation required. Since many administrative and analytical tasks are easier and clearer on a larger screen, we recommend using a laptop or desktop for the best user experience. However, you can of course access your account at any time via the browser on your smartphone or tablet for a quick check while on the go.
- Is Fleets GDPR-compliant?Yes, 100%. Data protection and compliance with the GDPR are our highest priority. All data is processed according to the strictest European data protection standards. Our servers are located in the European Union and are therefore subject to the highest security and data protection requirements.
- What happens with my employees' location data?We store location data on our servers within the EU. Furthermore, we take the privacy of your employees very seriously. Fleets offers a privacy mode that allows location tracking in the application to be hidden with a single click.
- Is the digital logbook compliant with tax authorities?Yes. The logbook maintained with Fleets meets all the requirements of the German and Austrian tax authorities. The records are complete, tamper-proof, and can be easily exported for tax purposes. This puts an end to the hassle of incomplete or incorrect logbooks.
- Will my data be shared with third parties or authorities?No. Your data belongs to you. We do not share any data to third parties without your explicit instruction. The transmission to the tax authorities in connection with your tax return is entirely in your hands.
- Can I import existing data from Excel spreadsheets?No, the focus of Fleets is currently to provide the simplest and fastest possible setup without complex import processes. However, we are working on enabling the import of existing vehicle and cost data in the future.
- What happens if I'm missing a feature or have an idea?We are continuously developing Fleets and are strongly guided by our customers' feedback. If you are missing a feature, please let us know! We want to build the best and most user-friendly solution for small fleets, and your practical experience is invaluable for that.
